Before collaborating with us
The client had a functioning online store developed by an external contractor. Critical business processes—marketing accounting, bonus program calculations, and affiliate reward payments—were performed manually in the absence of centralized automation.
This model limited business scalability and increased operational risks.
The goals of cooperation with us
Development of a comprehensive marketing portal with financial analytics functionality, a reporting system, and a distribution network training module. Implementation of two-way enterprise-level integration with the existing Serenova platform for real-time synchronization of orders, processing statuses, and user profiles.
Results
A fully functional platform with an Apache Kafka-based architecture has been implemented to ensure fault-tolerant data exchange. Full automation of settlement operations has been achieved, including bonus accrual, commission payments, and financial transactions.
The platform has attracted over 1,000 active users. Collaboration continues at the planned stages, with domain segmentation and the addition of new features planned.

The key technical challenge of the Serenova project was the implementation of complex integration with an external e-commerce platform via Apache Kafka.
Apache Kafka is an enterprise-grade message broker that ensures reliable data transfer under high loads.
