Implementation rule
The live cookie settings on each website should show the current tools and take precedence over any example list in this document. Marketing or analytics tags must not be added quietly through a tag manager without updating the consent configuration.
1. What this Policy covers
This Policy explains how Flawless uses cookies and similar technologies on flawless.group and flawlessmlm.com. Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development kit identifiers and other browser or device signals.
2. The categories we use
- Strictly necessary. These support core website functions, security, network delivery, fraud prevention, session management and storage of your privacy choices.
- Functional. These remember settings or provide a feature you ask for, such as language, media playback or interface preferences.
- Analytics. These help us understand visits, page use, traffic sources and website performance.
- Advertising and measurement. These can be used to measure campaigns, attribute conversions or support audience-based advertising.
- Embedded content. Third-party video, maps, social media or similar content can set or access identifiers when the content is loaded.
3. Current website technology
The websites use or may use services connected with website hosting and delivery, tag management, analytics, embedded media and security. Based on the current website setup, relevant technologies can include website hosting and delivery infrastructure, Cloudflare services, Google Tag Manager and embedded third-party content such as YouTube. Other analytics or advertising tools must be reflected in the live cookie settings before they are activated.
Google Tag Manager is a tag management tool. The important compliance question is which tags it is allowed to load. Non-essential tags must follow the consent or opt-out rules that apply to the visitor.
4. How consent works
For visitors in the EU and EEA, we block non-essential cookies and similar tracking until the visitor makes the required choice. The first layer of the banner should make "Accept all" and "Reject non-essential" similarly easy to use. Optional categories are not pre-selected.
For the United Kingdom, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 permits some limited statistical or functionality technologies without consent in circumstances defined by UK law. Flawless may still use the stricter consent model for non-essential analytics across its European websites to keep the experience consistent and easier to audit.
In other regions, we apply consent or opt-out choices where required. For US visitors, we provide state-law opt-outs for targeted advertising, sale or sharing where those rules apply. Where required, recognised browser preference signals are respected.
5. Changing your choice
You can reopen Cookie Settings from the website footer and change or withdraw an optional choice. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal, but it should stop the relevant optional tags from loading on future page views once the choice is updated.
6. Typical tools and purposes
| Tool or category | Typical purpose | Category | Control |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website delivery / security infrastructure | Deliver pages, protect traffic, manage technical availability | Strictly necessary | Always active where required for operation |
| Cookie preference storage | Remember your privacy choices | Strictly necessary | Always active |
| Google Tag Manager | Load and manage configured tags | Depends on the tag | Container may load, but optional tags remain blocked until allowed |
| Analytics service, if enabled | Measure website use and performance | Analytics | Consent or other regional control as required |
| Advertising or conversion tag, if enabled | Campaign measurement or audience-based advertising | Advertising and measurement | Consent or opt-out as required |
| YouTube or other embedded media, if enabled | Play embedded content | Functional / embedded content | Loaded according to regional settings and implementation |
The website team should maintain the exact cookie name, provider, purpose and lifetime in the live consent management platform. That list changes more often than this Policy and is the right place for a technical inventory.
7. Region-specific notes
EU and EEA
Non-essential storage or access on a user device is not activated before the required consent. Consent can be withdrawn. Analytics and advertising technologies are kept separate from strictly necessary website functions.
United Kingdom
Some low-intrusion statistical and functionality uses may be available without consent under current UK rules, subject to their conditions. Flawless can choose to keep a stricter consent model. Advertising technologies remain subject to the relevant privacy and direct marketing rules.
United States
Where a state privacy law applies, cookie and similar technology settings are used to provide applicable opt-outs for targeted advertising, sale or sharing. A legally valid browser opt-out signal is honoured where required.
Canada
We use clear notice and meaningful consent where consent is required for tracking. A visitor can withdraw optional consent through Cookie Settings.
Brazil
Cookie use is described transparently and optional tracking is tied to an appropriate legal basis under the LGPD. Visitors can change optional preferences through Cookie Settings.
Australia and other regions
We apply local privacy and consumer rules where they require additional notice or choice. Where one global technical setup is used, we may apply a more privacy-protective setting than the local minimum.
8. Third-party websites and embedded services
A third-party service can have its own cookies, privacy policy and settings. Flawless does not control a third party's independent processing. We aim to avoid loading non-essential third-party content before the required choice has been made.
9. Browser controls and Do Not Track
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so can affect website functions. Traditional "Do Not Track" signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where law requires recognition of a specific opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we handle it as required.
10. Changes and contact
We update this Policy when the website technology or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
