Important
These are public website terms. A paid software project, platform subscription, implementation, support service or data processing relationship is governed by the separate agreement signed with the customer.
1. About these websites
flawless.group and flawlessmlm.com are operated by FlawlessGroup OÜ. FlawlessMLM is a brand of FlawlessGroup OÜ. By using a website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. What Flawless does
Flawless develops software and provides technology services. Depending on a project, those services can include web and mobile development, platform configuration, integrations, direct selling and referral software, e-commerce functions, compensation calculation tools, dashboards, training modules, automation, blockchain integrations, AI-assisted functions and technical support.
A description of a technical capability is not a statement that the underlying business activity is lawful, licensed or suitable in every country. The customer that launches a project is responsible for its business model, products, compensation plan, marketing, licences, consumer terms, tax treatment, data use and local regulatory obligations unless a written agreement expressly assigns a specific task to Flawless.
3. Website information is not professional advice
Website content is general information about technology and our experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, securities, insurance, payment, medical or other regulated professional advice. A case study is not a recommendation to invest in, join, buy from or otherwise use the customer described in that case study.
4. Investment, fintech, payments and digital assets
The websites may show examples involving investor accounts, payments, crowdfunding, real estate, digital assets, blockchain, wallets, trading tools, token-related functions or similar technology. These are examples of software use cases. They are not an offer, solicitation, financial promotion or invitation to acquire an investment, security, cryptoasset or financial product.
Unless expressly stated in a separate regulated arrangement, Flawless does not provide investment advice, brokerage, custody, exchange, payment, banking, lending, insurance or portfolio management services through these websites. A customer that uses Flawless technology for a regulated activity must obtain its own licences, legal review and compliant customer disclosures.
5. Direct selling, referral and MLM projects
Flawless provides technology that can support direct selling, referral and multi-level compensation structures. We do not certify that a compensation plan is lawful in a particular country merely because the software can calculate it. The operator of the plan is responsible for product economics, retail sales, participant terms, joining costs, refunds, compensation disclosures, marketing by participants and restrictions on pyramid selling or recruitment-based compensation.
Earnings and lifestyle claims require special care. A short phrase such as "results are not guaranteed" does not make an unsupported earnings claim acceptable. If a project makes an earnings claim, it must have the evidence and disclosures required in the relevant market.
6. AI-assisted features
The websites and Flawless projects may use artificial intelligence or machine learning for tasks such as chat, summarisation, recommendations, content generation, classification, analytics or workflow assistance. If a public-facing tool directly interacts with a person as an AI system, the interaction is identified as AI where required or where the nature of the interaction would not otherwise be obvious.
You are responsible for information you submit to an AI-assisted feature and for checking whether you have the right to use that information. Do not submit confidential information, identity documents, payment credentials, health data or other sensitive data unless the feature and the relevant agreement are specifically designed for that purpose.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or similar to output generated for another user. It should be reviewed by a competent person before it is relied on, published or used in a material business decision. An AI output is not a substitute for professional advice.
A customer must not rely solely on an AI output for a decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on a person, such as a decision concerning employment, credit, insurance, access to essential services or another high-impact area, unless the customer has confirmed that the use is lawful and has implemented the required notice, human review, testing and other safeguards.
Some AI functionality may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers. Availability, data handling and geographic access can depend on the provider and the configuration selected for the project. Separate customer terms and data processing terms govern production use.
7. No guarantee of business results
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, user growth, fundraising, rank advancement, investment return, approval by a bank or payment provider, licensing, tax treatment, launch timing or market success unless a signed agreement states a specific measurable commitment. Project examples and testimonials describe particular experiences and should not be read as typical or promised results.
8. Accuracy of website content
We try to keep website information current, but software, integrations, laws, supplier features and customer results change. A feature described on the website can be subject to project scope, configuration, third-party availability or regional restrictions. If an exact feature or regulatory condition matters to your decision, confirm it with us before relying on the website text.
9. Case studies, testimonials and third-party brands
Customer names, logos, testimonials and case studies are used only where Flawless has a basis to publish them. Metrics in a case study refer to the stated customer, period and source. They do not establish what another customer will achieve. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, visual design, graphics, logos, software descriptions and other website materials are owned by Flawless or used with permission. You may view and share ordinary links to the websites. You may not copy substantial website content, reproduce our branding, scrape protected materials for commercial reuse or present our work as your own without permission or another lawful basis.
11. Acceptable website use
- Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, rate limits or technical restrictions.
- Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with website availability or use automated requests in a way that harms the service.
- Do not use a contact form, chatbot or other feature to submit unlawful material or personal data you are not authorised to provide.
- Do not use website or AI functions to facilitate fraud, unlawful financial activity, deceptive recruiting, discrimination, harassment or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Third-party services and links
The websites can link to or embed third-party services. A link or integration does not mean Flawless controls or endorses every aspect of the third-party service. Third-party terms, availability, security and privacy practices are governed by the third party.
13. Regional notes
EU and EEA
References to investment, fintech, payments, cryptoassets or crowdfunding are technology examples only. A customer must assess the EU and national regulatory regime that applies to its activity. Marketing to consumers must not create a misleading impression about results, risk, authorisation or the nature of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
United Kingdom
Nothing on these websites is intended as a financial promotion or invitation to engage in investment activity. A customer promoting an MLM, business opportunity or earnings opportunity in the UK is responsible for ensuring that earnings figures are representative, material conditions are disclosed and claims are supported by evidence.
United States
Nothing on these websites is an offer or solicitation of securities or investment products. Customers operating direct selling or MLM programs are responsible for substantiating express and implied earnings claims, including relevant participant expenses and typical results where required. A generic "results not guaranteed" statement is not a substitute for substantiation or required disclosures.
Canada
A customer operating a multi-level marketing plan in Canada is responsible for the Competition Act rules that apply to compensation representations and pyramid selling. If compensation is represented to prospective participants, the operator or participant may need fair, reasonable and timely disclosure concerning compensation received or likely to be received by typical participants.
Australia
Customers targeting Australia are responsible for the Australian Consumer Law, including rules against misleading conduct and pyramid schemes. The fact that a technical system can implement referral or multi-level logic does not determine whether the commercial model is lawful.
Brazil and other regions
Customers targeting Brazil or another country are responsible for local consumer, advertising, direct selling, financial, data protection and sector-specific rules. If a local mandatory rule gives a visitor or consumer a right that cannot be waived by these Terms, that rule prevails.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The public websites are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular business model or the accuracy of third-party information. This does not exclude a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flawless is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from reliance on general website information, a third-party link or a public demo. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct where the law does not permit exclusion.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion are subject to the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) as the court of first instance, unless a mandatory consumer law or jurisdiction rule applicable to you requires otherwise.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the websites, services or legal requirements change. The current version is posted with its effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
