FlawlessGroup OÜ is not responsible for any customer’s promises to users, distributors, partners, investors, buyers, contractors or other third parties, unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of FlawlessGroup OÜ.

FlawlessMLM provides technology and consulting support for network marketing and referral-based projects. FlawlessMLM does not guarantee that any compensation plan, bonus structure, referral program, sales model or partner network will be lawful, approved by regulators, profitable, sustainable or suitable for a specific jurisdiction.

Any references to growth, income, bonuses, partner results, business scaling, market position or successful cases are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of revenue, profit, investment return, partner activity, sales volume, regulatory approval or business success.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their network marketing model, compensation plan, product offering, recruitment materials, income claims, partner terms, consumer disclosures, payment flows and tax treatment comply with applicable law, including rules on consumer protection, advertising, direct selling, unfair commercial practices, financial promotions, payments and anti-money laundering where applicable.

The Flawless platform may include technical features designed to support customers in meeting data protection obligations, including role-based access control, consent and preference settings, audit logs, data export, data correction, deletion workflows, privacy notice configuration, cookie settings, retention settings and security controls.

These features are technical tools only. The availability of such tools does not, by itself, make a customer’s project compliant with GDPR or any other data protection law.

The customer remains responsible for selecting appropriate settings, defining lawful processing purposes and legal bases, preparing privacy notices, managing consents, responding to data subject requests and ensuring that the customer’s actual use of the platform complies with applicable law.
