Task:

In a month, develop personal accounts with an implemented marketing plan and launch sales.

Solution:

Despite the tight deadlines, we started with the discovery phase and made a detailed description of the project's marketing plan, which consisted of 3 types of bonuses:

• Referral
• Unilevel
• Binary

It was agreed with the client that at the start the launch is carried out with this set of bonuses, however, as the project develops, the bonus plan will be adjusted and supplemented with new reward opportunities for partners.

To start, the following options for accepting payments were connected:

• To the bank card
• Cash upon receipt
• USDT TRC-20 through the gateway Crypto Gateway

Technologies:

• Our Flawless Core platform - as a basis for a quick and efficient start
• The current version of the Laravel framework provided development speed
• The combination of React and Next.js made it possible to get the speed of working with cabinets for users
• PostgreeSQL and MongoDB databases provided transaction processing speed, thanks to which the project stable operation even during peak loads

Timeline:

• 1 week - development and approval of technical specifications, as well as the creation of a logo
• 2-3 weeks - development of a bonus plan (activity, packages, marketing volumes, ranks, bonuses, etc.)
• 4 week - testing, debugging and launch in production
• 5-6 weeks - beta testing, registration of the first partners, establishment of leadership structures

Result:

The project was completed and launched within the time frame agreed with the client. The leaders set up their structures and launched active sales. For the first month since the start of the project has been committed over 1500 orders, buyers received the product and continue to build a partner network.
