About the Benefits of Network Marketing

Today we would like to talk about the advantages of working in network marketing compared to other legal and accessible ways of earning money. It is these characteristics that have made MLM business so popular worldwide:

1. Working in a comfortable team.

In a network company, each newcomer personally builds their future structure, selecting only those distributors in the front line with whom they want to work. No one can force them to "hire" a person they are uncomfortable with. The number of people in the first line also determines the future sponsor.

2. Ability to combine MLM with another (main) job.

A newcomer does not need to "burn bridges" by diving into a new business, as it is unknown whether it will work for them or not. At the initial stage, it is usually enough to dedicate 2-3 hours a day to the network business, and when the structure starts to grow rapidly and requires more dedication, the person decides whether to leave their previous job or continue combining them. In practice, most people solve this issue as follows: if the side job starts to bring in more income than the main job, which also takes up much more time and effort, MLM becomes the main type of activity.

3. Freedom.

In a network company, a person determines the volume, time, and place of their activities. They decide when to wake up at 7 a.m. or 10 a.m., whom to meet and when, how long to work during the day, when and for how long to go on vacation... It all depends only on their own "appetites" and the intensity of their desire to satisfy them. If a person is satisfied with earning 2000 rubles a month, they may not exert themselves much, working 8 hours a week, but if they aim to earn 20-40 thousand rubles, or even more, the work schedule will be more intense.

4. Unlimited financial perspective.

The amount of money received in MLM depends only on the volume of sales made by both the distributor personally and their structure. In the USA, it is considered normal for a top network leader to earn 1 million dollars a year. Some Russian networkers have already achieved similar results.

5. High rates of career growth and salary growth.

To make a good career in a "regular" company, a person usually needs to spend five years obtaining education, then work hard for several more years to become a professional. At the same time, career and, consequently, financial growth is limited by the number of managerial positions in the company, hence the "rat race for mouse positions".

In MLM, a successful career can be made in just one year and, starting from scratch, reach an income level of 35,000 to 50,000 rubles per month, or even significantly more (I personally know networkers whose incomes in the first year of working in network business were around 30,000 dollars PER MONTH). There is plenty of room at the top for everyone interested. There are companies where the number of top managers has exceeded several hundred and continues to increase monthly.

Of course, not everyone becomes stars; according to statistics in MLM, ONLY 10% of people achieve BIG success, but, agree, this is also good. Especially considering that in the "classic" business, only 5% of small and medium-sized firms celebrate their tenth anniversary, while the rest fail.

And many networkers with 3-5 years of experience are quite satisfied with their stable income of 20,000 to 30,000 rubles per month.

The income growth rates in MLM are also impressive. With a well-structured system and established training and motivation system, a networker's income can double every year! The "Law of Success," formulated by the President of the World Association of Network Marketing Doris Wood, is called "One Plus One." This means that if a distributor will attract just one person into their structure every month!!! and all his followers will also take this as a rule, by the end of the year, the structure will have 4096 people! In practice, of course, it doesn't work out like this, but it's worth thinking about these numbers.

In network marketing, they like to ask the following question: what is preferable, 100 thousand dollars at once or one cent that will double every day? Of course, the cent, answers anyone familiar with the basics of mathematics, because in just a year it turns into many millions of dollars!

6. Independence of career growth from personal relationships with senior sponsors and company executives.

In network marketing, a career depends 100% on the distributor alone. Advancement up the career ladder is determined by an impartial computer that considers only sales volumes. In MLM, you cannot climb the ladder through connections and you cannot be demoted due to poor relations with management.

7. The perfect alliance between employees at all levels of the company.

It is ensured by eliminating the contradiction between labor and capital, as mentioned earlier.

8. The opportunity to quickly master a new profession.

In MLM, individuals become professionals in just one or two years. And for this, there is no need to study dozens of subjects like in any university, to read hundreds of books. The entire volume of literature today consists of thirty small books, add newspapers, magazines, videos, and audiocassettes... In general, if you spend just one hour a day on self-education, it turns out to be quite sufficient.

9. Independence of a successful career from gender, age, existing education, and the nature of previous activities.

In MLM, there are housewives starting in their 60s and older achieving good results. There are also young businessmen, scientists, and psychologists who have not achieved anything.

10. Significant personal growth.

It is one of the conditions for success, and a networker dreaming of becoming a leader must definitely become an interesting personality, and this is impossible without expanding their horizons and deepening knowledge in various fields. Farsighted sponsors devote a lot of effort to developing their distributors, and network companies themselves do not skimp on "investing in people." In most network companies, educational seminars for middle and senior-level managers are held abroad, and each time in a new place. The educational program is always combined with cultural activities, and people return not only educated but also relaxed and having seen a lot. The costs of such trips are more than compensated by sales volume growth, and newcomers have an incentive to grow faster.

11. Constant growth of new connections.

New people are constantly appearing in the structure, entering into direct contact with existing distributors. And each one comes with their own baggage, so in a structure of more than 100 people, you can find any "needed" people - doctors, lawyers, bankers, artists, scientists...

12. Lack (or very minimal amount) of initial capital.

Usually, to become a distributor of a network company, you first need to become a consumer of the product and make a purchase for yourself personally, as well as for subsequent resale. The cost of a "starter kit" averages around 100 US dollars, but there are companies where a contract can be signed with a person for just 1 dollar.

13. Independence from external negative factors.

Network marketers do not face extortion and the need to have "protection," which no businessman in Russia can do without nowadays.

14. Absence of financial risk.

Since nothing needs to be invested, there is nothing to risk. Even if the business does not take off, the purchased "kit" can always be returned to the company, getting your money back, this is how most network companies operate.

15. Good and long-term perspective.

Network companies deal only with very high-quality products that are essential to the widest segments of the population, and financial crises affect them the least.

Indeed, can a crisis really affect the relationship between a sponsor and a distributor? Or would a person refuse to consume a product that is familiar and necessary to them? Perhaps consumption may decrease slightly due to the crisis, but even this phenomenon turns out to be temporary and soon passes.

16. Creative nature of work.

The work of a networker resembles the process of creating a good book. A person fills its pages themselves, and if the book turns out well (a functional structure is created), it will bring a constant income to its author (sponsor). A trained structure acquires the property of reproducing and multiplying independently of who created it, and the parent is forever "doomed" to receive a good income.

17. Nobility of business.

Every networker strives to become a sponsor for the largest possible number of people, thereby creating new jobs. Secondly, sales growth stimulates production development. Thirdly, people acquire high-quality goods and useful products, improving their lifestyle and strengthening their health.

18. High level of moral satisfaction from work.

What can bring more joy than watching the people you personally attract become free, healthy, and wealthy? In MLM, like nowhere else, it is possible to gain a huge number of friends who sincerely appreciate and thank you for their success.
