Like any other business, MLM is based on fundamental principles, without which engaging in network marketing becomes a Sisyphean task. This sacred triad consists of recruiting, mentoring, and systematization.
Unfortunately, serious problems have matured in these three pillars of MLM, hindering the industry's development.
This is particularly acute in the recruiting sphere.
Old methods of developing network structures are working worse every day.
The reasons are as follows:
wrong approach to candidate selection;
weak or improper use of internet capabilities;
Incorrect, and sometimes knowingly false, representation of recruits about the possibilities of network marketing;
Let's consider each of them in more detail.
Approach to candidate selection.
Usually, it happens like this. A networker conducting an interview with a candidate is ready to include anyone in the structure who pays the entrance fee or makes the first purchase. Of course, this has a positive impact on current performance. But in the long run, we often end up with another "dead soul." And for business development, we need not just "customers", but partners.
Utilizing Internet Capabilities
MLM entrepreneurs either completely ignore internet marketing or send offers to everyone, creating a bad reputation for networkers online. There is a contrast based on the principle of "I build my business only on live contacts" or "I build my business only online." Whereas one approach can and should harmoniously complement the other.
Thus, a peculiar situation has arisen. One part of networkers continues to post ads on poles, while the other is galloping to the internet to hide from live communication and building relationships with people. And both have "results.net."
