Accumulated Personal Volume (UPV)

An indicator of the volume of products or services that a distributor personally sold or purchased on a cumulative basis over the entire period of participation.

Active user

A user who has fulfilled the activity conditions and is entitled to receive rewards.

Activity

Regularly fulfilling the project's conditions for participating in marketing. Failure to do so may result in restrictions, such as the inability to withdraw bonuses or the non-accrual of bonuses.

Administrator

An individual appointed by an MLM company to oversee internal operations. The administrator's role varies from company to company.

Ambassador

A title often given to distributors in a network who have achieved exceptional success in sales or recruiting.

Answering machine

A feature in email marketing tools that allows MLM company administrators to schedule emails to be sent at specific times. This is an effective way to send bulk messages and maximize a company's marketing efforts.

Auto-sending

A recurring order system in MLM that automates the purchasing process and allows customers to regularly receive products without having to manually reorder them. MLM companies often offer discounts and other rewards for using this option.

Big branch

One of the two distributor legs in a binary marketing plan, the one with the higher sales volume during the billing period. Typically, the volume of this leg is not fully included in bonus calculations, as payouts are tied to the volume of the smaller leg.

Binary Marketing Plan

A two-leg plan: a major and a minor one. Distributors have only two partners in the first line, and the rest are placed below them in a spillover system, forming a binary tree with unlimited depth. One leg is usually called the Power Leg, and the other the Profit Leg.

Bonus

A financial reward that MLM company distributors receive for fulfilling certain marketing plan conditions. Bonuses can be awarded for personal sales, structure development, achieving qualifications, group sales volumes, or other actions stipulated by the company's compensation system.

Bonus for closing a structure

Reward for reaching a certain number of active participants or sales volume in each branch.

Bonus for completing a level

One-time reward upon reaching a new level.

Bonus for filling the matrix

Payout when all cells of a given matrix (for example, 3x3) are completely closed.

Branch (leg, structure)

A part of a network structure that starts with the first generation from a distributor and includes all subsequent participants.

Cell

A place in the structure that visually represents a partner in the company's accounting system.
